Every package includes a monthly allowance of minor content updates. Here is how it works.
Minor content updates
Smaller adjustments to your existing website, requested by call or email.
- Text changes
- Image changes
- Colour changes
- Small layout adjustments
- Small UI changes
- Updating existing sections or content items
Quoted separately
Materially larger work that goes beyond the monthly allowance.
- New pages or sections
- New functionality or integrations
- Structural redesigns
- Work beyond the monthly update allowance
Additional work is quoted separately and begins only after you approve the quote.

Update time does not carry forward. The monthly allowance resets each month and unused time expires at the end of that month.
The classification of a request is confirmed by us before the work is counted, so you always know whether it fits within the allowance.
