Your 5-star reputation deserves a 5-star website

Without the confusion. Without the risk. Built in weeks, not months — by one named person who quotes the price, ships by the date, and stays reachable after launch.

Rakshath Jain scopes it, builds it, and answers the phone. No account manager, no ticket queue.

01 — The problem

The work is 5-star. The website is the weak link.

Most local businesses I meet earn their reputation in person and lose it online. The site was built years ago by a cousin, a template, or an agency that stopped answering. It loads slowly on a phone, the contact form goes somewhere nobody checks, and the reviews that took a decade to earn are nowhere on the page.

Nobody owns it. That's the actual problem — not the design. So the fix is a fixed price, a written scope, a date, and one person whose name is on all three.

01

Priced in the dark

Agency quotes arrive after discovery calls and change halfway through. Here the price is published before we speak.

02

Months, not weeks

Sites stall in review queues. A Starter build is scoped, built and launched in weeks, against a date in writing.

03

Nobody to call after launch

Maintenance plans start at $249/month and mean you email one person, not a portal.

02 — Pricing

Three tiers. Published prices, quoted before any work starts.

03 — How it works

You always know the price, the scope and the date.

01

Scope

A 30-minute call, then a one-page scope: pages, features, price, and the date it goes live. Nothing starts until you've seen all four in writing.

02

Build

You get a working preview link early and revise against it. No agency portal, no ticket queue — you review, I change it.

03

Launch and maintain

Domain, analytics and forms tested before launch. After launch, the monthly plan covers updates and keeps the site fast and current.

04 — Fit

I'd rather turn you away than sell you the wrong tier.

This is a good fit if

  • You're an established local or service business with real customers
  • One owner or manager can approve the scope alone
  • You have reviews, photos or results worth putting on a page
  • You want a fixed price and a launch date, not an hourly retainer
  • You'll give feedback in rounds instead of by committee

I'll tell you to look elsewhere if

  • You want a marketplace, social network or complex web app
  • You need the price negotiated down before the scope exists
  • You want ads, viral content or SEO guarantees
  • You need twelve stakeholders to sign off on a homepage
  • A $600 template genuinely covers what you need

Why this, not an agency

  • We speak your language, not tech jargon
  • Fast to build, human-perfected
  • Turn your 5-star reviews into a 5-star website
  • Local, accountable — Toronto-based support

Based in Toronto. Building websites for businesses anywhere in the world.

05 — Questions

The questions people actually ask

Why is it $2,995 when I've been quoted $600?

A $600 site is a template someone fills in once. This is a scoped build: your pages, your photos, your reviews, your forms tested, your search listing set up, and a launch date in writing.

If a template covers what you need, buy the template. I'll tell you on the call if that's the honest answer.

Do I have to take the monthly plan?

No. The build stands on its own and the site is yours.

The monthly plan exists because most owners don't want to log in and edit anything. It covers updates, hosting checks, backups and speed, and it means you email one person when something needs changing.

How long does it actually take?

Starter is typically two to three weeks from the day I have your content. Professional and Premium run longer depending on booking or e-commerce setup.

The date goes in the one-page scope before anything starts. The one thing that moves it is slow content or credentials from your side.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. Domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your name from day one.

If you ever leave, I hand over access and a short written summary of how everything is wired. No hostage situations.

What if I don't have photos or written content?

That's normal. I write the first draft of every page from the call and your existing material, then you edit it.

For photos we use what you have, plus properly licensed stock where there's a gap — never fake reviews or invented claims.

Can you fix or rebuild the site I already have?

Usually a rebuild costs less than untangling someone else's work, so that's what I'll normally quote.

If your current site is sound and just needs work, I'll say so and quote the smaller job instead.

You're in Toronto. I'm not.

That's fine. Toronto and the GTA clients get in-person meetings if they want them; everyone else works over calls and a shared preview link.

The scope, the price and the date are the same wherever you are.

06 — Next step

Tell me what you need and I'll quote it

Send the details below, or just call. You'll get a straight answer on which tier fits — including if the answer is that you don't need me yet.

Bring your current site, or nothing at all. You'll leave the call knowing what your site should cost, what it should do, and the date it would be live.
